Please let me know what you would like? Keep the current forum or move discussions to a Google+ community? If you like the idea of a Google+ community, I'm open to ideas as to what to call it. I want one community to handle discussions of all my "old school" M20-based games (as I'd go nuts trying to keep up with one Community from Microlite74, one community for Microlite78, one community for Microlite81, one community for Gyphons & Gramarye, etc.) -- but that makes coming up with a name that covers all of them and is also recognizable enough so people will see the name and know what is covered hard. But then as anyone who has ever played in my games knows, I'm horrible at coming up with names off the cuff.

Should I Move the Microlite74/78/81 Forum to a Google+ Community?

I rarely check my G+ communities.
ReplyDeleteFacebook, however, has been the quickiest way to find news for me nowadays.
Keep the Forum and create communities in G+ and FB. While I only use G+ when it comes to social media, a forum serves a different purpose then a community. It is hard to find topics once they are gone from the first few in a community, but a forum is always searchable.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Marcus. No reason you can't have both.
ReplyDeleteMarcus: I don't have time to run a forum and a G+ Community, let alone a FB group on top of those two. (Not to mention I really dislike FB.)
